We cover all shipping costs associated with shuttling your battery back and forth for repair or replacement. It is our warranty; it is our cost; not yours.
EXCLUSIONS:
There are NONE! You trusted Millertech®, and if it’s within the warranty period your Millertech® battery is completely covered for everything!

Great Batteries!
Batteries are strong and last forever. Love how the 12v has 4 battery post to be able to spread out all the pos/neg cables. Ran 12 hours and still at 88% on 12v and 75% on 36v. Customer service has been outstanding as I've asked numerous questions via text chat and they have been very responsive and super helpful! Best I've seen in this business. .. ..

One battery wouldn't connect to blue tooth and the other 36 v would not balance the Cells correctly so not impressed initially and then I called service and they were very helpful and are sending 2 new battery's right away. Not overly impressed that I had an issues with both 36v trolling batteries right away though so I hope the next ones are a better experience for the money they cost. Keep up the good service.
