From an engineers point of view, using a 36V battery vs 3x 12V batteries is absolutely a no brainer. 36V batteries have electronics built in specifically designed for 36V applications, creating a true, no drama set up that will power your adventures for many years. 3x 12V can become misbalanced causing them to not work together in sync, causing you headaches that you shouldn’t have to deal with. Lithium batteries should simplify and eliminate battery stress, not cause you more! We take that assignment personally and are determined to make it a reality.
THE MILLERTECH RECONDITIONED SPORT SERIES LITHIUM BATTERY
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
WARRANTY TERMS:
From the date of your battery purchase, your Millertech Sport Series Lithium Battery is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. If your battery stops working due to a manufacturing defect within the first year, we will repair or replace it with a battery of equal or greater value free of charge.
AFTER 1 YEAR:
If a manufacturer’s defect is identified after the 1-year warranty period, Millertech will still support you. We offer battery repair for a flat fee of $50, including inspection and repair of the defect.
SHIPPING:
We cover all shipping costs associated with returning your battery for repair or replacement during the 1-year warranty period.
After the 1-year period, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
EXCLUSIONS:
This warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
